Code of Conduct for Dolphin Drilling
Dolphin Drilling is committed to conducting business ethically, in line with our values. Our commitment is to comply with law, act honestly, fairly and with integrity and to treat people with respect. We also expect those with whom we do business to embrace the highest standard of ethical behaviour.
Purpose and Scope
The purpose of the Code of Conduct is to ensure a common commitment to rules, regulations and behaviour within Dolphin Drilling. This includes a common standard for ethics and corruption, zero tolerance to modern slavery and adherence to internationally recognised human rights principles.
The Code of Conduct shall apply to all employees in the Group; all Directors and Officers of companies within the Group; all hired personnel, agency workers, consultants and contractors; and all others who act on behalf of any company within the Group.
The key principles of ethical conduct that we require of our ourselves we also expect of all those with whom we do business, including suppliers, intermediaries, agents and business partners.
Compliance with the procedure results in behaviours of honesty, high integrity and respect. This type of behaviour creates trust which is critical for good business relations. Trust is earned through long term achievement and accountability for these actions.
