Graeme has been the Vice President of HSEEQ at Dolphin Drilling since August 2024. In his role, Graeme is responsible for leading our commitment to HSEEQ and operational excellence, ensuring we consistently meet and exceed industry standards. This involves cultivating a culture of care where safety and environmental responsibility are integral to every decision, driving continuous improvement, and actively engaging with all stakeholders to maintain the high standards Dolphin Drilling is renowned for.
Graeme’s career spans over 35 years, starting in the Army, then spending a large part of his career in the Fire Service, and later transitioning to the Oil and Gas industry in 2014. He also represents the International Association of Drilling Contractors (IADC) North Sea Chapter on the Step Change in Safety (SCIS) Leadership Team. His oil and gas career includes roles such as Senior HSE Advisor for Total, HSE Manager for a General Maintenance and Operations Contractor in the UK, and most recently, Regional QHSE Manager for a Drilling Contractor with an operating fleet of 20+ rigs.
