Kelly has been the Contracts Director at Dolphin Drilling since July 2024. In her role, Kelly manages the review and negotiation of commercial contracts, providing guidance on contractual and commercial risks and risk mitigation strategies to protect the company’s interest. She also provides commercial input for business development opportunities aligning commercial deals with strategic objectives and manages insurance to maintain optimal coverage for operations.
Kelly’s career spans over 25 years in the oil and gas industry, focusing on all major contracting activity within wells, decommissioning, major capital projects, operations and logistics. Prior to joining Dolphin Drilling, she had various contracts lead and manager roles at Repsol Sinopec and ConocoPhillips supporting major contracting strategies, developing optimum contracting and commercial models, and managing the full contract life cycle.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Management from Robert Gordon University.
