Michelle first joined the Human Resources department at Dolphin Drilling in 2001 and has since held various HR management roles within the Company until her recent appointment as Chief HR Officer. In her role, Michelle has overall responsibility for the people and organisation strategy, employee development, training, competence, and employee engagement.
With over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, Michelle has a proven track record of supporting the people needs of the business, driving organisational change, effective manpower planning and competence management. Prior to joining Dolphin Drilling, she served as HR Co-ordinator with Ensco Limited, handling the HR recruitment and logistics for a fleet of offshore units.
Passionate about fostering an inclusive working environment, she leads her HR team in supporting the organisation daily, with employee wellbeing as a top priority.
Michelle is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of People and Development (CIPD) and holds an Advanced Award in Employment Law.
