Stephanie has been the Chief Accounting Officer at Dolphin Drilling since May 2021, having previously held the position of Finance Control and Risk Manager when she first joined in 2020. In her role, Stephanie drives high-quality internal and external financial reporting, maximising value to the business while maintaining robust processes and controls, and oversees treasury management and fiscal compliance.
With over 15 years of experience in finance, Stephanie has deep technical accounting and fiscal compliance experience across international locations, treasury and liquidity management, and deal experience through multiple Merger and Acquisition transactions. Prior to joining Dolphin Drilling, she spent 8 years as Group Controller at Proserv and 7 years as Audit Manager at PWC, where she specialised in auditing and advising international oil and gas companies, related service providers, entrepreneurial businesses and charities across various industries.
Stephanie qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Scotland in 2008 and holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance.
